Regular heart rate monitors typically only transmit heart rate while paired with an app.
The Frontier X2 records, stores, and processes your ECG, Heart rate, Strain, Breathing rate, as well as biomechanical parameters like Cadence (step rate) and Body Shock.
On its own, it can give you real-time feedback through vibration alerts, when you cross important thresholds for Breathing Rate and Strain. Paired with your phone, you can transmit this information in real-time to any web browser in the world. You can also live-stream your ECG to anyone across the world.
